Application Process

  1. Check out our current nanny jobs in Portland and surrounding areas.
  2. If we feel we have a position that fits your needs and experience we will contact you by phone to schedule an interview and email you the full application.
  3. On the day of your interview nannies are asked to arrive with:
    • A completed application
    • A resume listing your most recent employment and highlighting your childcare experience
    • A letter of introduction to families. *Samples are available for your use by request.
    • A current driver’s license for verification
    • Proof of car insurance for verification
    • A recent CPR certification card if applicable
  4. Permanent nannies will begin interviewing with families.
  5. Once a permanent nanny receives a job offer from a family ABN will collect an employment agreement from the family and the nanny.
