We represent only the most professional, experienced, and compassionate nannies. We acquire a deep understanding of their strengths, their work styles and their personalities to provide your family with remarkable childcare.
Long-Term Nanny Placement
We introduce families to a nanny or nannies whose experience and skills match the client family’s unique needs. One of the secrets of our success is an intake interview with each client family we work with prior to beginning the placement process. This initiates a nanny search on behalf of the client that is very personal and targeted. This is followed up with in-person candidate interviews and diligent nanny screening. We provide this level of service because we feel it is the only way to ensure quality and safety in every childcare provider we refer.
We interview candidates and verify their references before we recommend them for an interview with your family. We guide you and the nanny through the hiring process. Once you have worked with us to present a referred nanny with a job offer we complete and present you with a formal background check and have you and your nanny sign an employment agreement.
We want both you and the nanny to be completely satisfied with your placement. If within one year of hiring a nanny you need to make a change, ABN will work to facilitate a replacement free of charge. Take the first steps to finding a brilliant fit. Long-Term Nanny Placement (6 month hire or longer) includes:
- Annual Membership $150
- Long-Term Placement fee $1950
- Long-Term Nanny Share fee (two families hiring a nanny together) $2950
Long-Term Nanny Placement fees are one-time fees and are due in full to the agency along with a signed employment contract once a job offer is made.
Annual Membership fee, agency and nanny fees are charged exclusively by card on file in your ABN profile.
Short-Term Nanny Placement
We understand that the duration of your nanny’s term of employment with you is not always indefinite and in many cases we work with clients who need one consistent nanny for a short-term engagement. This might be because you have a spot waiting for you in a daycare, or you have alternate care plans that are not yet available to you. Our Temporary Placement Director, Jessica Heliker, is here to serve this type of client need. She sources childcare providers from within our current staff and candidate pool to fill these short-term nanny contract roles.

Short-Term Nanny Placement (1-6 months) includes:
- Annual Membership
- 2-3 days / week, $175 per month
- 4-5 days / week, $275 per month

Temporary Sitter
Booking a temp sitter is a flexible and great way to fill care needs as they arise. The service is ideal for parents who need time to work, run errands, or just have time to themselves. This service is also helpful for families whose regular care has been changed or interrupted, or for those who are awaiting daycare placement.

Temporary sitter placement includes:
- Annual Membership
- Sitter hourly rate starts at $23/hr, plus $2 for each additional child
- Sitter hourly rate for infant care (1 year & younger) starts at $25 for one child, plus $2 for each additional child
- +$5/hr for last minute bookings (requested within 24-hours of start time), holidays, hotel/vacation rental, multi-family, sick care
- $25/day agency booking fee per temp shift
- $30/day agency booking fee per temp shift for hotel/vacation rental, holidays, multi-family, overnight and last minute bookings (within 24-hours of start time)
